Dan made chicken thighs with cabernet pan sauce.
Then it was time to make chicken soup from scratch.
Once the chicken soup was done, a little Bok Choy and Nappa with egg dripped in made a great Won-Ton soup. Thanks to David Chang from the Palace of Wong who taught me that secret!
The Salad with Romaine, Endive, Tomato, Blue Cheese, Chedder Cheese, Shaved Raw Almonds, Raisins and Tomatoes with a horseradish Russian Dressing was also Delicious.
Nothing was planned, it just all happened.
